"I believe that the 4.5 star reading is false! I could not get past the receptionist at the front desk by the door. The lady that wrote my new policy for my truck and travel trailer was too busy to tell me why I double paid for a car I just sold and a truck I just purchased. And the travel trailer was going to have one trip and then be parked and she she wrote up a whole long policy for it's traveling... I won't be robbed by this group beyond next week. At that point they will need to refund my money for the car insurance that I don't have anymore, and the two months I just paid up front. Be careful and get everything written down. WOW ‼️"

"So you pay for insurance for over 10+ years with this agency and when it comes time for payout, they totally screw you over. Supposedly you have multiple lines of policy that are created, behind the scenes, they cannot explain how and or why and it's just "too bad, you had an accident, you do not qualify for any forgiveness." Wayne Britton has spoken to me once in the entire time that I have held a policy here and it was only at the threat of litigation. He has an army of receptionists that are less than helpful and very evasive and non forthcoming. It's too bad that customer service and customer loyalty means absolutely nothing when the going gets tough. Thank you for nothing other than collecting my money month end and month out Wayne Britton State Farm."
