"Posting a review for Deanna Bull-Flores of you Monroe, WA 98272 office. I live in a condo on ground level. My neighbor directly above me Hot Water Tank ruptured 04/11/2025 pouring massive water down into my unit B105. I discovered the start of the leaks and started immediate mitigation by placing everything that held water under all the likes and covered much of my property from damage.. Both myself and my neighbor have State Farm Insurance. We both reported the accident immediately and she filed a claim stating she had also damaged my unit. She selected Serve Pro to start the meditation so I allowed them to also serve my unit. two or three weeks into the mediation I still had not been contacted by her insurance adjustor. I became concerned and called Deanna in my insurance office. She immediately contacted my neighbor's insurance. They refused to speak to her regarding the claim rather rudely. Throughout the whole process of mediation, Deanna stayed in contact with me and my neighbors insurance, She was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and sought out and answered all my questions. She followed up with me frequently. I hope you recognize that she is a keeper! As we start through the repair phase I expect the the same support from Deanna and I will give you further reviews.
